The Mandalorian Season 2 Introduces Another Familiar Character

The Mandalorian season 2 has plenty of rumors about who will be making an appearance. Disney and their reps have not made any comments about who will be playing who and if any of these rumors are true.

The latest rumor to hit the Mandalorian season 2 cast in Bo-Katan Kryze. The Mandalorian warrior who fought for the liberation of Mandalore, as we all saw in The Clone Wars “Siege of Mandalore” arc. Bo-Katan is a real warrior who has proved herself to be a worthy leader of Mandalore.

The person to bring her to the big screen is Katee Sackhoff. She is the perfect person for the role because she has made a career playing sci-fi women. Bo-Katan will be a great addition to The Mandalorian season 2 and her story will be interesting to find out.

She was the last person we saw wield the dark saber before it fell into the hands of Moff Gideon. She, Ahsoka, and the 501st were able to take Mandalore back, but those clone troopers quickly became stormtroopers and refused to leave.

Perhaps Bo-Katan will be the answer to what happened to Mandalore and will be able to describe in detail the events of the purge and how Gideon got the dark saber. Sabine is also rumored to make an apperance.

Sackhoff had finished filming in February before the Hollywood lockdown and the Mandalorian season 2 has been confirmed to premiere on time. Who are you looking forward to seeing the most?

  1. Being a fellow Mandalorian, she makes sense as a “new” character. Potentially she could even fall into the role of a mentor, at least occasionally. I have a feeling we’re working towards seeing the dark saber too with her appearance.

Once again, I love alot of what they’re doing IF it’s done as well as season 1. I’m still worried they’re pushing too much too fast though instead of letting things grow at a more organic pace.
